So P90X really does work.
OK I am now almost halfway through my 90 days and let me tell you I was a bit skeptical at first. I was working hard but not really seeing an dramatic results. I have not lost a dramatic amount of weight or suddenly sprouted a six pack. However I got a compliment yesterday and I did notice that some of my T shirts that used to fit loosely across the shoulders and chest are a little tighter.
As far as the workout go I am seeing big gains in what I can do. I am doing twice as many pull ups and chin ups. Push ups are easier and I have increased the weight on all the dumbell exercises. The cardio workouts are not as brutal but I am pushing myself to go harder.
All in all it is true, P90X works it just takes some time. Now I am super psyched for the second half and am ready to push play. Scary but this workout turns you into an animal. Once you start getting some results all you want to do is go harder and workout more.
