Shakeology cleanse

Here it is.  The results of the Shakeology Cleanse.  I lost 3 pounds in 3 days.  I went easy on the workouts because I did feel a little run down but that may be because I am coming down with a cold.  Tomorrow I am going back to my regular diet while still replacing one meal with a Shakeology shake.

It was really not bad at all.  Did not have any serios cravings and never really did feel hungry.  The only difficult time was the first day because I did go with a regular workout and about 90 minutes after I felt hungry but I drank a half serving of recovery drink and was fine.

For anyone that is looking to drop some weight in a hurry or just as a every so often type of thing I would recommend the Shakeology cleanse.  Here is the program I followed all shakes were made with water.

1 shake in the morning, 1 shake for lunch, a snack in the afternoon consisting of an apple and some carrots.  Dinner was a 6 oz. portion of a lean protein (chicken breast one day, wild salmon filet one day and chicken the last day), a salad with a a light vinaigrette dressing and grilled vegetables.  Hydration was key, I had a water bottle with me everywhere I went.

Ready to push play in the morning.
