Today’s workout was my first plyometrics of week 5. It is not as bad this time. It must be that all this hard work is paying off. I cannot say I can tell much difference in the mirror but I have lost 4 pounds so far. What I have been told about P90X is that the first 30 days are a getting used to the workout phase. The 2nd 30 days is when the results really start to kick in and the last phase is when it really starts to show. I am going to focus on my diet these next 2 phases and really bring it with the workouts. It is definitely starting to work so now is the time to stick to the plan and trust the system.
